Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Popiko. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final:
All sales at Popiko.com are final. However, if you have placed your order by mistake, please contact us within 1 hour. While we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Orders that have been processed for shipping cannot be canceled or changed.
Hours of Operation:
Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Please note that we do not respond to emails on Saturdays and Sundays.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly damaged, such as damage incurred during transit by the postal carrier. If you receive your item in such conditions, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a resolution. While certain orders are insured against damage, they are not insured if stolen after delivery. Please inform your postal carrier not to leave packages unattended. Popiko is not responsible for stolen packages.
Returns Process for Defects/Incorrect Items:
To initiate a return, please contact us at vince@octas.jp. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For further details on commonly asked questions, please refer to our FAQ section.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To assist us in evaluating the issue and providing a resolution, please send photos of the damaged item(s) to vince@octas.jp, along with your order number.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds are only considered if the item cannot be replaced or exchanged.
